If you want to explore in greater depth the Dominican life you should not pass up the opportunity to make the Jeep tour, a beautiful ride in 4x4 where you can tour the fields of Punta Cana, its cocoa and coffee plantations, the vast fields of sugar cane, visit the small villages of Haitian cane cutters coming in contact with the natives and noting the harsh life of peasants. Or you can taste the fruit of time on a plantation, or even see a real cockfight.

The food is offered in a small ranch. Then you have the opportunity to ride a horse and finally resting in one of the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana. And the whole thing, how could it be otherwise, to the rhythm of rum, merengue and bachata.

The price of the Jeep tour can vary depending on the hotel where you hire, however, usually between 80 and 90 U.S. dollars. The tour includes transportation, lunch and drinks. The jeeps are driven by passengers (important to carry the driver’s license) and the capacity is four people per jeep. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
